OK, i am fed up, Greg said he would take my word for it and i still have not received anything from this guy. They said they would "take my word for it" and still nothing, it seems that every time i come to check if there has been a rebuttal or some sort of change with my report, there are many other people who are still falling victim to this madness. I plan to take a trip to seattle here very soon, and Lynnwood can't be too far from there. Emails and phone calls and even public outcry doesn't seem to get anything done, i am going to take it upon myself to find this jerk and let him know the amount of stress and time he has wasted of mine. Get back to me Greg and give me what is rightfully mine!!! Hopefully i don't have to come and "file a complaint" in person.

Please give me more info. Dan in Anchorage is not enough. We ship 100 plus order's a day. It is possible we made a mistake and you didn't receive your free piece. We have had issues with our web host and their e-mail system. That is why we haven't been able to respond to many of our customer's e-mail's. We will be putting up a contact number in the coming week's, so this shouldn't be a problem anymore.
