Norvergence ripoff Newark New Jersey
This is in reply to Roger in West Caldwell. Our company has retained an attorney. Imagine our suprise when the lawyer told us we had signed away all of our rights, including hiring an attorney. But in the state of Texas, we have a few little laws that may work for this scam. I will ask our attorney if I can post his name and number. He said this would be a very good class action suit.
If any one else is filing suit please post on this site as it would be a lot cheaper to go class action and Lord knows we have spent enough time and money on the scam.
Please tell every one not to sign with Norvergence. 5 years. $63000.00. No recourse. No rights. Even if Norvergence turns your phones off tomorrow, you still have to pay that nasty rental contract.
Beware out there, these people are ruthless.
