Complaint Review: Notaries Public Www.matrimoniosgiraldo.com / Deluxe Celebrations Inc. Pedro Florez - Lake Worth Florida

We wanted to have a bilingual (spanish-english)speaking person for our civil wedding. We look on line, and decidio.com got this notary Public services, they look professional and out of a few options we decided to ask the company in reference for more info, wich they did. We explain to them why we needed a bilingual person. As professional we thought they were everything was going to be just fine. Scam. They offer us a Ceremony in English with simultaneous translation in spanish which we thought was good because half of the guest to the party were spanish speaking and came from latin american countries for the wedding.

the Notary Public was a woman who did not speak english, did not know how to read, no one could understand a word of what she said, My husband could not follow the bows and what we have to repeat. The Finale. The seal to the poor performance was even scarier. Here it goes. When the ceremony ended, this woman say nothing to no one, just desapear from the scene with out a word for us or my daughter who got in charge of the coordination of my wedding party, later, when the catering service were wraping up, one of the waitress handled her (my dauhgter)the wedding certificate, with no witness signature. Just a simple piece of paper greasy and dirty with food traces, because the woman did not know what to do with that.

They never called us up to appologize for that or nothing, complete silence, but they did cash the check. I sent them an e-mail. No a word, so finaly I went to to clerk of courts in my town where we got our marriage license, brought the wedding certificate explained what have happened and ask if there was a place where I could file a complain for the ethicless Notary, but no luck.

The Second nightmare. The catering Service. They got the "ultimate package" DJ,Photography, Video. and of course, the food (the food was good) I'll give them that. the photographer was not professional, the video we could not be readed. We got some friends tapes and put them together to make a wedding video. the (Professional pictures... never mind). Some guest complain because they did not have a complete meal, when I asked, they told me it was not enough food. Wait, this gets better. I went to the kitchen to look and the waitress were having dinner. and there was not food for my guest!!!.

The DJ never got the music that we ask for, because de director in charge did not tell him, we sent the songs and gave some CD's to be put in the DJ's console , , the guy did his best. I think he was just getting paid for the guy in charge. We paid in advance and in full, for each one of this services. every body know how much a wedding cost. So is not to much to say about it anymore. The editing office tryed the best to fix the tapes to recover some memories for our wedding.

Thanks God for family and friends with their cameras, they got us the pictures to make a decent album, and thank you guys, for give people ripped off like me an open window to get some hope. Since I got no place to go file complains, at least no one else will get what I got if is in my hands. I try to tell as many people I now. as soon some one is asking or looking for this type of services I'll tell them my experience, I've been in places were I see there businness cards and right there I do my sad report. We are not looking for any money back, which would be good, but more than that no one else will pay good money for poor services, to people whom got no a clue or respect and don't care about the meaning of "Happiest day of someones life" and turn it in to the horrible and shamefull nightmare.
