Nourse Family Of Dealerships ripoff Chillicothe Ohio
On Sept 6, 2005 I purchased what I was told was a 2001 Toyota Sienna van. (It was actually a 2000 model) this was never acknowledged to me, but after I traded it in a few weeks ago, they had a sign on it that said "local trade in" 2000 Sienna.
From Sept 2004 thru August 2005 itwas in the Nourse shop 8 times. My wife took it out to Nourse to complain as we had just paid $150.00 to fix air conditioner and it was broke already.
Van would not start when she went to leave so they gave her a loaner as we have 4 children.
I was sick of this van and the terrible service from Nourse so I made my feelings known and asked to trade in van for a different van. I was told I was getting a great deal, and I was desperate for a ride as my wife and I both work. My new payment went up $70.00 more dollars and this van has been in Nourses shop for 13 of the 29 days we have owned it.
I called today and complained about their lack of care for the customer and asked why I was not called. 1 hour later I recieved a call telling me the vans transmission system was malfuctioning $700.00, but with a sigh I was told out of the goodness of their hearts I was only getting charged half price.
