nova development did not send me rebates of $60, Internet
I sent in 4 rebates for 2 languages (Spanish and French) for a total of $60 on 9/4/2012 with all the required documents, UPS code and rebate forms. Called them on 2/4/2013 and the agent was so rude and told me it would take me another 2-6 weeks to receive a $30 rebates without explaining why for the delay. When I asked her to check the other rebates, she cut me off.
