NovaPoint - Fulfillment - LeanRX ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Keep changing company name Ontario California
I ordered a free trial bottle of Hoodia off an email add. I got a two months supply before the trial bottle showed up along with a 99.00 billing to my account. Call the customer service number on the credit card statement but got a run around. When I did get a hold of them a customer service rep named Sherillyn employee id 05041085 said they were upgrading the computer system and she would cancle my account when she was able to get into the sysem.
Guess what...two months later I got another two months supply of Hoodia 66 under the company name Fulfillment. I called the customer sevice number on the CC statement and talked to a Janice who said she would cancel the account and I could send the product back for credit. I sent it back US Postal service certified mail with receipt and did get a receipt back. I called customer service back and they confirmed. I would get a refund within 10 days. No refund!! I called back again and they said they no longer represented Hoodia 66. They told me to go directly to there website. WWW.hoodiaforfree.com
That website doesn't exist anymore. So I thought to myself they atleast got my account cancelled Not!! I just got billed on my CC again for 79.95 from the new company Lean RX.
To top it off I'm on my 3rd dispute with MBNA. I have now cancelled my CC but according to them I'm still liable for that purchase and any other for twelve months. I have confidence in the card company but this fraudulate hoodia deal has got to be stopped.
