Novelty Financial Thieves in the Night!! South Ozone Park New York
Back in November I got introduced to this Novelty Financial for the REO business. Let me just say this, if you work with them be careful, I forwarded more than 20 buyers to them because they claimed they were some "account executive" for a clearinghouse out of Florida. This group is bogus. All that happened is that they ended up stealing all my buyers information. There were two guys in particular that worked there, especially one i thought I had a good business relationship with. In the end i stopped working with them and they ended up still calling all my buyers and other brokers. I see they took their website off recently and maybe thats because they finally got shut down. I called their office number recently and the guys who i knew from there didnt work there anymore. Thats why I wont name names. But that doesnt mean the company itself is innocent. Whatever you7 do, dont give up any buyers to any brokers without an LOA or POP. Novelty Financial, just a bunch of thieves.

Novelty Financial Group (Brokers) facilitated the connection between other Brokers, Reps, Mandates for Seller and Buyer. I challenge Mr. who ever you are to post any documentation that shows that NFG had made a misrepresentation of themselves or with you. All of our contracts have a disclaimer for the company being introduced to our clients for the product there were offering weather buying or selling. As to the Florida group in question. Please refer to report # 330348 and their rebuttals. I would be surprised that you had a bad relationship with one of my managers and you made an effort to contact him after all of this. He had been removed because of similar situations. NFG do NOT tolerate misrepresentation of themselves. As for our clients, we can only forward information on their behalf for what is requested. We do not buy or own REO's. We simply get the buyers and sellers closer together. Be a professional and learn to spell and type properly. It's possible the reason why this business is not for you. Sorry for your misunderstanding.
