Now Communication Authorized direct TV Retailer Lied, sold us a contract that was fraudulent, and after calling said it was not worth the paper it was written on tempe arizona
We live in sun city west, a young rep from now communication came to our door offering a special with direct tv, 2 years price lock, and a written agreement that our price would stay under 100.00 for four years, and the nfl ticket free, twelve moth has passes i recived my credit card bill and the price was double. called direct ,the said they will not help,it was now communication, after calling now communicatin, speaking to tyson, he said the contact was not worth the paper itwas written on, the could not help us, we have no pay channels, nothing A written contract is binding by law, we may be old but not stupid. can you look in to this matter. I would think alot of people in this area were taken just like us, this deal was only good if we ued auto pay on a credit card
