I can attest what you have said is patently false. Pizza Hut and it's employees have no such special agreement related to termination. The competition for labor that shows up to work and staffing a business that comes in rushes presents it's own set of challenges. I can say that when a physical exchange occurs and it is a he-said...she-said ...situation that the correct thing to do is analyze both employees files and work history to try and find a reason for the situation and the last thing to do would be to fire both employees.
Drivers argue over the quantity and quality of the delivery runs they receive ..there is always one mouthy guy who thinks he can choose where he goes. He is usually the guy who sits in his car and waits for the next driver to pull up to the store and he goes inside to see what is up and if a trip to the lavatory will provide him a run to better neighborhood

I have noticed some of your replies on other posts including this one. Your responses have no purpose and are neither helpful or warranted. If you have nothing relevant to add, you need not respond. There must be better hobbies for you than sitting on here and leaving mindless and thoughtless comments on random posts. As for this particular post, the right to hire/fire clause may be as you state, but there is still such a thing as "wrongful termination".

When you were hired, you signed a paper that granted your boss the right to fire you whenever, wherever, for whatever reason he or she so chooses.

I wrote numerous letters to NPC regarding their failure to pay for the medical expenses incurred by the assault. Since they never replied, I found an attorney who agreed to take the case. We filed suit on March 14, 2008.
