I received a letter from this company stating i was a guaranteed winner of 1.2 million in prizes. Was asked to sign the "receiver certificate " and send it back along with $20 "required report fee". Read some of the fine print that mentions the company is a research company that specializes in "researching sweepstakes sponsored and conducted by corporate organizations with which NPF is completely unaffiliated. " Basically if you read the fine print all they do is compile sweepstakes opportunities into a report. Hence the $20 report fee. Then if you send the certificate along with the report fee they will send you a report of available sweepstakes that you can enter. It does state once in the middle of the fine print "you have not won any money or prize" the letter is extremely missleading and appears as if you have won money and/or prizes. But the fine print also claims they will refund the purchase price of their report in full if you are dissatisfied by thereport. I sent the certificate back with NO money, but i did enclose a note calling them scammers and made them aware there were already 3 reports on this website about them before i wrote this one.
