I keep getting mail almost weekly that says I have won some large amount of money but I need to sign and send in some small fee to release money. I look them up on the net and it is a scam. Why are the police not aresting these shady individules for atempted theff or fraud? If this crap is legal and the Law enforcement agencies are doing nothing, Well then I may as well look for a million suckers for my own fraud.
