NRA,LLC They called and left a message for my Elderly Mother Patricia Macon Do not know? They would not identify Nationwide

To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Kathy Miller. I am have a Financial and Medical Power Of Attorney to help manage my Mothers affairs. My elderly Mother Patricia Ann Macon lives in a retirement community in Dallas. She received a phone message on May 23rd from someone insisting she phone a "Ms. Johnson immediately at 800-814-6580". My Mother phoned me on this morning and said she could not imagine why this person was calling her and she had the impression she was a debt collector.
I phoned the 800-814-6580 number. They answered with no company name. I identified myself and let them know I was my Elderly Mothers POA and inquired as to why they were calling her. They were extremely hesitant and would not identify the name of their company or what their company did that said they had a "personal matter to discuss with my Mother and would not discuss with me". I pushed them for information and why they were pursuing/calling my Mother. The lady on the phone finally said the name of the company was NRA LLC but she refused to say what their company did and services offered. I realized quickly this was a scam. I got off the phone with them and looked up NRA LLC on Google. It quickly became apparant that they are a "Scam" company that tries to collect monies from (in this case a Senior). Monies that are NOT owed.
Please advise me on who to report this too and how we can expose them for the fraudelent practices.
