i agree with all other posters on this company, what a rip. i'll bet that there is some fine print somewhere that authorizes them to bill your cc/bank card.

my wife did the whole check the boxes for a free sub thing and we just got billed $52 for a sub.

i called 800-920-3667 and tried the voice activated system first as well but as to the trickiness i will agree that it did not make me feel to sure that it was cancelled and i was getting a full refund.

anyway, as someone else suggested, call 800-382-5210 and talk to a real person and make sure it is being refunded now! also you can check on other subs, which we did and we had two others on their system, both of which she tried to tell me could be set to no renewal status but i had to tell her 4 times that i just wanted them stopped now and not wait until sept 2002 to find out wether i would be billed the very same way again!

anyway, i hope all people continue to fight this company and it's deceptive practices.
