There have been horror stories for years about how the NTTA has been ripping people off with their illegal billing practices. Charging 2000% admin fees on small tolls to get exorbitant amounts of money from honest hard working law abiding citizens. I hear these stories in the news and read them all over the internet. People are angry and fed up and threaten to sue but I have never seen specific info on a real law suit. I am broke and unemployed, so I cannot afford to consult an attorney, but somebody needs to! Please!

I dont have a toll tag and rarely use the toll roads, so when I do I always pay my Zipcash bills promptly. I have been using the toll roads more often lately due to some family health issues (the toll roads are more convenient). Because Ive been stressed I didnt notice that I hadnt received a toll bill, until I received a bill from them in July that was due Jun 30 for tolls incurred in April, May and June. I checked my bank payment history and sure enough, I last paid NTTA the beginning of April.

Contacting the State Representative and Congressmen has apparently not helped. These people should not be allowed to get away with this. Please File A Suit!!
