About a year and a half ago I bought a car from the Nu2u Auto dealership. I was told that the car was up to date with the maintenance. I even got to take it for a test drive. I was under the impression that I was going to purchase a vehicle that was able to take me back and forth to work. Furthermore, I went threw with the registration and down payment which was about 1600. In total the Car was about 6000 dollars . I obtained my insurance the day after, I then finished my contracts so that I could obtain my vehicle. I only made it a mile down the road before the car completely shut off on me in the middle of the Whote Horse Pike. After that I wanted my money back but they refused and offered a discount for a repair. After some minor solutions I made it okay to drive the car but the car constantly gave me problems. I would only be able to go 5 miles before it would shut down on me, the engine would slip, it would smoke and over heat really fast, left signal was out, needed new exhaust pipes and a catalytic converter .

The car that I financed, the car that I assumed was able to take me back and forth to work, broke down a mile down the road right after recieveing the keys. The amount of money for the repairs came up to the amount of money the car was worth.
It was a Honda Civic 2001 and they wanted 5,000 for it . For the price I figured it would be up to maitnence . I couldn’t get to work at first so I took the bus until I had enough to pay for the repairs on top of the monthly payment .
It was hard, eventually it got to be too much without any help, so I lost my job and I just gave the car back because I wasn’t going to be able to pay

If you would have READ the paperwork YOU agreed to, then YOU wouldn't be here complaining about this! There would have been a disclosure which told you this either was a warranty purchase or "As Is". I suspect it was an As Is sale and as such, free warranty service is not included. That's exactly what "As Is" means!
