NuBodi Colon Cure Still Charged Credit Card After Cancellation Notice Las Vegas Nevada
NuBodi's Colon Cure product does not work and their business practices are reprehensible. After calling several times over several days , I kept getting a busy signal. Once I did get through, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before I actually spoke to a live representative.
I told the gentleman that I wanted to cancel the product and after he verified my information, he said that it was cancelled and he gave me a cancellation number.
After checking my bank account I saw that they STILL went ahead and charged me the $87.31. I had called my bank earlier and was told that NuBodi had put in a pre-authorization for $87.31 and after I told my bank that it was supposed to be cancelled, the rep told me that it was only a pre-auth and would drop off by Monday Jan. 28, 2008. Well, NuBodi demanded payment and was paid.
This is a very shoddy company with underhanded business practices. Why did they go ahead and charge for a product that was already cancelled.
This company MUST be stopped.
