Jerry Collins owner of Nucold Refrigeration, Inc AKA Morrilton Arkansas claims to not accept credit cards for his business. But will accept an electronic check for your order. Very genuine and personalble individual. The money was taken from my account on 9/22/2014.
He sent out not one, but two receipts for the goods (RV refrigerator- model # 982 Norcold). He claims it was returned to them smashed, so he was bench checking another one for us. And would still honor the sale price. I ask for the tracking number. He said he would have someone send it to me by email as he was not in the office. Next time I called they had a funeral and were out of the office per the recording.
I have made numerious calls to finally get an answer and was told in a tone not too nice that he said he would call me back with the tracking number and he will. THen my husband called them and he said he was on the phone with fedx and that number was not showing up and something was wrong. He would call us back. Now he is avoiding our calls. We had a relative call the number and he answered. But would not answer our calls from our area code.
I am filing a complaint report with Arkansa AG tomorrow and have notified my bank.
I will call Jerry Collins again tomorrow and let him know this as well.
