Number Store (www.numberstore.com) aka Zimo Communications Ltd will allow you to become a client and purchase telephone numbers from them, put you on Direct Debit to pay for your invoices, they will then keep cancelling the Direct Debit and blame you for it. Luckily when your banking with the same bank you can prove that its them.
They will then get the companies financial controller Sarah Rumbelow to contact you stating that the Direct Debit has failed, and even though money has been taken and rather than work with you to fix the problem, Sarah Rumbelow then demands that you now pay your services upfront, Sarah Rumbelow then suspends your account as a way to force you into complying due to the fact your loosing business all the time the number is offline.
They do not treat you as a customer, they do not have a customer complaints policy in place, the directors are never available to resolve disputes and the financial controller just has a constant attitude.

We still have had any positive response from Zimo Communications LTD or NumberStore.Com Regarding our complaint!
Avoid them at all costs and any company connected with Sarah Rumbelow the Financial Controller at NumberStore.com and Zimo Communications LTD.
