Same as many reports I have read on this website .... bought a new couch on 3/25/2007 and paid 50% of it (it costs around usd 5,000 in total) ... the telephone number sometimes works ...sometimes is disconnected and the couch seems alway to be on the next container ...thank God I was able to get my money back from the credit card !!
