The box showed up quickly with both products had a insert containg no prices with an 866 phone number to call. I have called the number and hung on a very long time to no avail.
The insert never said they would continue to send the product even though you did not re-order. Sunday I see yet another two charges on my credit card, which was originally $7.00 or $8.00 that turned into $78.00 each. When you call the two phone numbers one 866 and one 800 you hold on for 40 minutes and no one picks up to CANCEL ANY FURTHER DELIVERIES.
It is unfortunate you cannot order a "trial" on the internet without getting ripped off and having a HUGE problem when you want to cancel any further deliveries. You MUST get a RMA OR CANNOT RECEIVE A REFUND. How convenient for the crooks that just want to take your money and leave you swinging in the wind.
The companies that operate in this fraudulent manner make me sick. I work hard for my money and want to spend it as I see fit, not how they cram it down my throat.
