Nutrafit LLC Very Misleading and Deceptive Los Angeles California
I was completely ripped off by nutri-fit. I was reeled in by their free offer of a weight loss vitamin. The only thing I had to pay was postage, or so I thought. I received the complimentary 2 packages of vitamins that I had ordered. Rip-off #1 When I ordered the free vitamins it was for a 14-day order. What Nutra-fit sent was a 30-day order. Why is this so important to this write-up. I'll explain later.
I began taking the vitamins believing that what they promoted of losing mass weight loss in the very first week. Well, what a bunch of lies this was. I didn't change my eating habits from prior to purchasing this product, and I actually GAINED 2lbs in the first week. I continued to take the vitamins for an additional week and didn't lose any weight at all.
After 10 days of taking this product I happened to look into my bank account and noticed about $150 in charged from Nutri-fit. When I called their customer service line at first they refused to refund my money. When I pushed harder they offered me 50% of my refund. When I continued to push they offered me full refund in 7 days. Well 7 days are up and I still have not been credited my money back.
Now going back to why I emphasized in my initial paragraph a 30-day order. I have a feeling that if I do ever see my money again it will only be a portion of it. My guess is that Nutrifit will charge me for the additional 16 vitamins that I didn't ask for. I'll probably receive 1/2 my refund, and I bet dimes to dollars it will be because of the 16 vitamins they sent, that I didn't ask for.
In ending, please, please, please don't buy from this company, THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!!!

It's unfortunate that this person was scammed by a vitamin company called nutri-fit, but also unfortunate that this person automatically assumed the company that scammed them, was the one in which he or she filed the report on.
NutriFit (not nutri-fit) is a healthy personal catering company in Los Angeles. We never have and never will sell vitamins as we believe in providing optimal health through nutritous, customized meals. This person has never called the number in which he or she listed, nor have they ever visited the website in which he or she listed. If they had, they would clearly see that we are not the company they are claiming ripped them off by selling them weight loss vitamins. We do not believe in a magic weight loss pill, rather we believe that changing your lifestyle (with nutritious food and healthy exercise) is the best way to reach your health goals.
I encourage anyone reading this to visit the website listed, and you'll clearly see this person was very quick to look up and list the first NutriFit he or she found, instead of taking the extra step to find and make sure they had the correct nutrifit company that was ripping them off.
