Nuvo h2o company claimed to make hard water soft, claimed to provide best water ever on infomercals or money back product did not work actually made no difference in water at all did not change hardness test strip at all when i called to complain they said that this is not how the system works i said you say it makes hard water soft he repeated that is not how it works confused i returned the system after he sai they would return my money after the system was back to nuvo they refused to refund my money RIPOFF Nevada
I watched nuvo h2o infomercial they claimed to provide the best water you ever had showing people drinking the great water after system installed claimed to make hard water soft many times in the ad. i purchased the unit the medium sized whole house unit installed easily it is basically a water filter which i removed my old one to put this unit on. after two weeks there was no change in my water. i called to question why the unit did not soften my water the man said that this is not how the system works. i explained they said it makes hard water soft he said they never claimed that so if it does not give you the best water you ever had and it does not make hard water soft then it does nothing. upon returning the unit my refund was refused NUVOH2O IS A RIPOFF DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
