NuvoH2O Plastic Casing of NuvoH2O cracked and leaked water after a little more then four years usage Salt Lake City Utah
The model I purchased in July 2010 started to intermittenly drip four years later in 2014 and at first I thought this might be condensation but the drip became a stready stream of leaking water around the cap of the tubular device assembly regardless of being in bypass, off, or soften mode, and fortunately I was able to get the model removed before serious damage occurred to my parquet floor. I did NOT attempt to contact the company for warranty or replacement. The product noticeably helps minimize the build-up of calcium in the commodes and pipes and water heaater.
