Nxcess sales llc NXCESSSALES.COM BEWARE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT DONATE!!!! Olympia, Washington
A man came to my door, nicely dressed, introduced himself, claimed he's the son of the doctor that lives up the hill, and that he's asking for donations to buy books for sick kids in Seattle. I have an 18-month old so of course it pulled on my heart strings. He showed me a laminated copy of books that the donations will buy the kids, then showed me check after check of neighbor who have donated that day. He claimed to be 17 and was doing it to help out before he went to college, he did look a lot older. The more he talked, the more I became suspicious, something just wasn't right. Regardless, I wrote him a check for $50 payable to NXCESS and he thanked me and said his mom is making brownies and he'll deliver them tomorrow to everyone who donated. Then I spotted a ring on his wedding finger. He didn't quite look 17, and it just sounded like he was trying very hard to sound reputable.
Anyway, immediately after her left. I had a really strong gut feeling that told me something wasn't right. So I googled NXCESS and saw the report written by another person who's been scammed, so thanks to the person who reported it, I immediately called my bank to do a "stop payment" on the check, and even went as far as putting the account on hold and eventually closing out the account, but what a pain that was because all my direct deposits, autopays, etc. was linked to my checking account. I wanted to be on the safe side. Then my neighbor called, she said she refused to give him money and he started cussing at her, a sweet 90-year old lady, and called her all sorts of names. So that confirmed my suspicion. We've also heard people in other neighborhoods of the city are getting scammed by the same people from NXCESS. These guys/girls are trained to talk their mouths off to get you to give a check or money so BEWARE!! NXCESS is a TOTAL FRAUD.
Thankfully I didn't lose money, but the time it took to cancel and reset everything up really was quite frustrating, and I still have to closely monitor my account to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary. How do these scumbags sleep at night?

Miriam, It's unfortunate that the Wall Street bankers are allowed to SCAM the people of the United States of America out of their retirements, and now we have to also deal with....

young people trying to SCAM innocent Americans out of $50.00 or some other amount, wouldn't you agree?
