Why can't other companies see the benefit in this approach?? Gold's Gym comes to mind, as many others will to readers, I'm sure.
OPW's most sincere olive branch seems to be elimination of lengthy contracts, allowing their service and product to speak for itself when it comes time to renew each month.
Remember, if a company insists you contract on *THEIR* time schedule, they know you aren't going to be happy for very long.

The best little company to work 4 in america. Thats their cry at every meeting. Which is total B.S. Have any of you customers ever gotten floaties in your water bottles, I know you have because I used to get work orders to go back to a customer to pick one of these bottles up. They claim its the cleanest water there is, i dont think so, when the water tastes like gasoline or has some crap floating around in it. They shot a TV commercial some months back comparing other companies water to theirs, and they intentionally left out some because they actually tested better than the all mighty o premium water, so no its not the cleanest out there. What about being promised a stainless steel cooler. I had a lot of customers that had been waiting for over 2 years for the cooler, being charged the extra money for the cooler without even having it. What kind of a business is that. When you sign up for a plan called the ALL YOU CAN DRINK PLAN, that means all you can drink right, what they forget to tell you is that its 10 bottle maximum if you have 5 people living at your home if you dont its even less than that.Personally i dont think thats all you can drink. They have lost a lot of good drivers because they just got fed up with the B.S. that goes on around there and when they dont want your services anymore, they will go as far as to set you up to give them an excuse to fire you, but that has to change I hope someone takes these people(if you can call them people)down, because there is no excuse for what they are doing. They are not even in the better business bureau anymore. Thats it for now and probably the last one for a while, I have to look into some things.

Speaking of illegal aliens working in the warehouse, a certain employee who no longer works there used to go to the home depots or the wal marts to pick up illegals to work there for a certain day, paying them lower than minimum wage under the table. His name is Kelly something I forgot his last name. They have a new guy thats in charge of these people that treats them like crap. His name is Jay Flagg I think. Hes been there about 5 months and thinks he owns the place. Robin Parke is in charge of distribution, this guy has never been in a truck his whole life. He always makes changes to the routes without knowing whats going on. Instead of asking his drivers for opinions on how to make changes, he just makes them, which usually results in the customer getting their water delivery late. so for all you customers with late deliveries and new delivery days hes to blame. I will have his number here on a future posting guaranteed and i will have the new one once he changes it. I will have all their numbers here. I dont want to get into race here, but in this company if you are not white , you will not advance. Every department is run by a white person. The only department that has a minority in charge of people is distribution, he is hispanic and not qualified for the position. They only gave him the position to make it look somewhat equal. Dont get me wrong im hispanic myself, Im all for equality. This company is run by two idiots Frank and Steve. One is rumored to be gay the other is rumored to be a coke addict. You should see the way steve talks about frank during meetings its like hes in love with him. Remember to read every contract before you sign it they will rip you off guaranteed. Close your accounts and open new ones thats the only way you wont be charged. People need to take these morons to court.
