I was talked into a month-to-month plan by a sales rep from O Premium Waters. He reiterated many times that it was a month-to-month contract and we could cancel at any time. We called to cancel a month later to find that our signed Agreement had been altered and now indicated a 36-month plan for water! There is no way to cancel it !!!!
There is another person with same story -
