I went online to find an affordable pair of Volkl Ski's for the end of the season and found o2gearshop.com. The website looks professional and they have free shipping, no tax, good prices and you can even be eligible to receive free gifts. So I ordered the ski's (it's not a small purchase of 50-100$ either.. more like a couple hundred) and about an hour after I ordered them on Saturday they had already taken the money out of my account. My order went from Pending to Processing very quickly. It says it takes up to 72 hours to process until they ship.

Well by 72 hours I had no email, no confirmation and no idea what was going on with my order. Most companies take the money out of your account when the order has shipped. So I was concerned. I called them a few times and finally got someone on the phone who told me that they never had the skis in stock. So they had to order them and it was going to take up to 2 weeks. They ensured me that I would have them by the date I am leaving for my ski vacation. Then they said they would have the skis by the next Tuesday and I would have them by that next Friday. Then, that Monday, I get an email.. not even a phone call, saying that they can't get the skis in. So I had to cancel my order. Now I won't have my skis for my vacation and they held onto my money for over a week and never had the skis in stock in the first place.

I would never ever deal with this company again. When I called to cancel my order I expressed that I felt unhappy with their services and they hung up on me!! Never ever buy from o2gearshop. They take your money and don't even have the item you want in stock.

They sent me an email today saying that they were notified on Friday that they wouldn't be getting in my skis. BUT.. I Called them Saturday and they said that everything was fine and they ordered the skis and had confirmation that they would have them by this Tuesday. They are liars.
