O2VAPE Selling products that go defective in very short time, then ask for more money for a replacement Lambertville Michigan
I've bought six 510 thread batteries from this company in the past several months. Two have failed, one of which was purchased just two months ago. These batteries cost $25 or $30 depending on model, the one that just failed was $25. In order to receive a replacement the company wants me to send in the defective device (two months old), pay for shipping myself and include $9.99 replacement fee. So at the end of this I've spent $40 on a battery that is likely to be as defective as the first.
Quite the interesting scam they have going on over there. I wish I'd thought of it!

Sir,
You have bought 6 batteries from us in the past 11 months. Obviously if you continued to purchase our products you were happy with the performance. I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with a couple of your batteries however your last purchase was 11 weeks ago. This being said, we do have a lifetime warranty process in place that does include you sending the product back with a shipping and processing fee.
This is CLEARLY stated on our website (https://o2vape.com/warranty/). We have no idea what the battery has went through in those 11 weeks which is why we can not just send you out another battery free of charge. Most of our customers find the lifetime warranty very convenient because if they have a battery for lets say 11 months and it goes bad, it only costs them $9.99 to replace that battery (even if the battery costs $50+).
To top it all off our customer service team reached back out to you and was willing to waive the fee if you sent the defective battery back. I dont know how you think this is a scam but we like to think we have exceptional customer service and take very good care of our customers!!
