Oak Creek Homes of OKC sales pitch was great. anything after was pie in the sky words Oklahoma City Oklahoma
Decided to buy from this company because of the on site model and the sales pitch we were given. All went well until the house was to be finished out inside. Right from the beginning, the OKC people and Factory people could not get together on what needed to be done to the obvious curve in the eave line over the door. Contractor did the best they could, but still not right. Skirting has been a bone of contention since work was started in July and still not fiinished in mid September.
Had to call out the OKC office manager who agreed on many items which needed to be fixed, most were, but we still are paying electricity on two places and ought to have been moved in by Mid August, and now it is a month later. Dealer told us would be easy for us to get our own person to install a gas vent to the fireplace. We called three plumbers who would not even touch the situation. Was a major challenge for husband to finish himself. Alot of other things are being addressed, but WAY TO LATE FOR THIS TO BE AS REPUTABLE a dealer as they first made themselves out to be.
I would not advise anyone to believe any sales pitch by these sales man. They want to sell you a house and then not follow thru timely on what needs to be fixed.
Perhaps we can get resolved, but I will not hold my breath.
