Complaint Review: Oakland County FOC - Pontiac Michigan

Just realized there have been several complaints against this man!

His name is Rodney YEAKER! Somehow I realized in my first email the typo.

several attorneys who looked at my case including the one I hired to start it as well as the one I hired to finish it said Rodney Yeaker and MrCronin, the OC FOC Referee broke the State of Michigan law by taking custody away from me after I had custody for 13 years! This was done in the conference room outside the courtroom without being allowed to get in fron of Judge Lisa Gorcyca or the Judge who was not a family court judge who was filling in for her that day! I never got my visitations, custody and child support were taken away! 

Then with the new attorney along with another attorney who said she could help as she knew Judge Gorcyca well we continue until he turned 18! He was a senior in high school who needed me (his mother) as I had bought a new home 10 years earlier so that he could be a mile from school. An honors student ripped away from the mother who motivated him to learn by a father who just remarried and moved 60 miles away!

i don't want to make this too long. However, I sat in court numerous times, called this Rodney Yeaker before hiring an attorney (both Yeaker and Judge Gorcyca took over as new people on my case when my previous counselor retired and the previous judge was promoted! However, Referre Cronin had been there thruought and went along with taking a child out of his mother's safe and secure home and allowing him to move in with my evil, narcisstic husband and drive 60 miles each way to school some days and allowed him to stay alone in his old house 30 miles away! My son missed some days due to the drive. However, we kept asking for family counseling and I kept monitoring his grades and telling the court our concerns! The judge never did much about our 3 show cause hearings as I did not get to see him Christmnas or Thanksgiving because of these people! This was a case of Parental Alienation (PAS) which happens and the Judge, Rodney Yeaker and Mr. Cronin all maframe it worse!

They should all be fired and sent to jail in my opinion!

 I agree with most of what you said about mr. Yeacker, but I am a dad and have expereinced the same abuse from him as well.

He has lied, mislead the courts, been verbally abusive to me, and played the "GOD" games with me as well.  Maybe this letter will show he is just a hater of everyone and decides on an individual basis to hate the dads as well who stick up for their rights! :-(

For years this man has lied to us, mistreated me and attornies in the court and his partnet Mr. Cronin is no better. These two are no dynamic duo, but are a blemish on the court system in Oakland County!

I agree that there seems to be no way to get rid of people like this that think they can play GOD with the lives of families and be abusive towards us and our children!

NO ONE seems to want to listen and really be concerns about justice and it is so sad!  Judge Gorcyca is not interested in hearing her "people" are doing a bad job and people higher up are just as much to blame for covering up this tragic situation that has been allowed to continue on and on in Oakland County FOC courts.

if you don't agree with these guys, have an opinion, or attempt to follow the rules to get them to do their jobs, you are suddenly the "bad guy" and they come down on you like a ton of bricks!  How is justice served letting men like these act as court officers in such important positions?

Something needs to be done and someone needs to assist us to explose the lack of justice occuring in the Oakland County FOC system!!!
