Local Verizon Bill included fruadulent charges.

USF Carrier Admin Fee-JUL 30 = 1.65
Fed Tax = .18
911 sales tax = .01
Total= 6.17
We did not make this call. And if we did, Verizon says the call is free for me and for others it would only be 1.00. Verizon stated that I was over charged. OAN is a billing company that contracts with companies to bill for them. They did credit my account but told me that they would never again.
