I called the number for Toll Charge Inquiries (800)944-9646 and after going off on her she hung up on me so I called back and they told me I had to call (877)439-3802. This number was answered by USA Voicemail Customer Service. I told the woman that I had this charge on my phone bill and she ask how much and I told her 19.95 and she said she would issue a refund and that it would take from 1 to 3 billing cycles for it to show up. She never asked if I had a problem or anything so I think they are in the same office as the first number. The lady at the first number said they had my name and the website that I was at when I signed up for the service. I never signed up but it was probably some obscure check box that I missed and they never offered that information, not even the second place so I think they were already told I was irate. If the first number cannot help then why list it on the bill? Why not list the USA Voicemail Customer Service number and be done with it. The Toll Charge Inquiries (800)944-9646 opens at 6Am - 8Pm. The USA Voicemail Customer Service (877)439-3802 opens from 9Am - 4:50Pm EST. I will update if and when I get the refund and if they take the billing off before the next cycle.
