Oasis Moving & Storage They'll Tell You Anything to get your business... North Las Vegas, Nevada
DO NOT even consider using Oasis Moving & Storage (North Las Vegas, NV) for your move. They will LIE, LIE, LIE to get you to sign on the dotted line and get your deposit, telling you fallacies like "You'll get your belongings delivered in 14 days or less....it's a federal law." RIGHT....then 33 days later, living in your new home with no furniture, no kitchen equipment, no wardrobe....you just MIGHT get your shipment. And during those 33 days, don't expect any information or explanation of the status of your shipment, or the whereabouts of your furniture and belongings.
Good luck in even reaching a human being, after they've picked up your lifelong treasured possessions. They do not return your phonecalls.
I must commend the pick-up crew, Ivan and Christopher...they were courteous and handled our goods with care; and Misha, the sole delivery man (who unloaded 95 boxes, all of our furniture, plus misc. such as a bicycle, artificial palm tree, rugs, etc. ALL BY HIMSELF in 4 1/2 hours!)
But the lying sales person, Sharon, and the "manager", Morgan, and Maya the "Dispatch / Delivery Coordinator" were totally worthless....they would not give us any information as to when we might expect our delivery or where our belongings were currently located. Unbeknownst to us, our goods were unloaded from the original truck into a warehouse, where it sat until they got enough goods to fill the 18-wheeler to head East across country. If you want to avoid a lot of anxiety, stress, grief, and worry, DO NOT USE OASIS MOVING & STORAGE FOR YOUR MOVE!!
