Oberon Media.com Triple overcharged Internet Internet
I bought a game called Word Monaco for 10(English) with a visa debit card from the Oberon media website. All seemed OK. Unfortunately when I checked my bank statement I had been charged twice on one day & once again on the second day.
I have contacted them and was promised I would be contacted in 12 hours. I have heard nothing since (4 days now) The only way I can reach them is by filling out the same pop-up on the website, which is obviously being ignored.
Although the amount of 20 is not a large sum, I am concerned that this is a site used by many young people who could be similarly ripped off.
In the pop-up there was a list of items where you click to select your problem, one of the items was 'I have accidentally ordered the game more than once' this seems very odd as it would appear to me to be a cover up for this rip-off.
