Obregon Drywall AKA Raul Obregon Theft of Product/services , Failure to pay, Failure to respond Dallas texas
Obregon Drywall has been placed for collection/litigation, case #427.411, the debtor has stolen Drywall supplies and product from a large supplier in the TX area. Raul has refused to pay, refused to respond, and is STEALING my clients product. He rerfuses to pay, refuses to respond, this is a Major DEBTOR!!!!
He has only paid 175.00 toward a 5,000 dollara balance, and has not made any payment in 3 months. we wanted to warn other companys of this debtor, and start forming a creditors committee to take over all thier assets.
If this guy also owes you money, call me at eight, eight, eight, 279, eight six zero one. This is a debtor company withn active claims filed, if he also owes money to you, I can add yopu to my creditors committee, once I have 3 vendors, I can force him into BK, and take over all assets to pay myu clients
