Hello, I am sorry You have experienced an unpleasent situation with OCC. I Have the system you are talking about. Please understand that the system you have purchased is a professional airbrush system and normally those who are so bold as to purchase a system such as this have either had experience in using airbrush systems, or have gone to a seminar where they teach you how to use the systems and tricks as to apply the makeup. I hear ya on the broken handle, my handle was in the same condition as the comany was trying out a new machine and the manufacturer sent them to the company all with handles that are in that condition .... use a little black electrical tape on it.... it in no way effects the performance of the system. I also hear you on the communication, David is a pain to get a hold of... he first says the best way to contact him is e-mail, then changes and says phone, then myspace, then text.... they do give you the runaround and then make you feel almost like a pest when all you need to do is ask a simple question As for putting it together... it.s kind of self explanatory and no-one should really need instructions, I first took mine out of the box before I took the seminar given by David Klausfeld and found it very easy to put together.... the coiled hose hooks up to the machine, then on the other end you attach the air/moistuer filter....when you have that attached that is where the airbrush is screwed on! once it is hooked up..... turn it on put about 3 drops in the top feed bowl, once you have that there is a button on top... if you press it directly down only air will come out... it is not untill you push down and pull the button back that it will release the makeup! (practice and get a feel for the amount that come out by holding a paper towel and spraying the makeup on it at different distances to practi your range) The more you pull it back the more makeup will come out.... don't forget there is an air regulator on the machine it'self and not to crank it up full power as you will have to work faster, a quarter to a half of a turn to the right should be enough even though it will seem very light it will allow you to pass over areas of the skin more than once to get a more even look! I have had many many sucessful applications with this system, and the makeup is amazing with alot of options. Practice makes perfect, but I would suggest taking a beginner class on it. there is alot about dissasembling an airbrush for cleaning.... google it and also look up videos on youtube or expert villiage I hope this helped you a little and if you have more questions you can ask me, I have alot of insider info on your system and the makeup! Have a happy 2009

I guess the CEO has only been in the loop after I requested the receipt. My first phone call was made on July 3rd. I left a voice message to call me back. This is documented on my cell phone bill. I attempted to make a second call. I am still waiting for July's statement. The first email I sent was on July 9. See below. To: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, July 09, 2008 11:21 AM Subject: Obsessive Compulsive - Air Brush Hello- I purchased your airbrush machine at the make up convention in Pasadena. I am having issues putting the equipment together. The instruction page is not user friendly. I left a message last week and I am still waiting for a response. Can someone help me? After I requested for a copy of the receipt that they claim I received during the time of purchase. It was an electronic shipping invoice. Please note -- I purchased this at a convention center at a booth. There were no computers at the booth. The shipping invoice list my name, details of what I ordered and their return policy. My credit card copy did not have any staples on it. So, it is obvious they did not attach the receipt with my credit card transaction. Overall, I am not here to make false accusation. This is the truth. This is simply what I went through and I wanted to share with the public. I am protected by the 1st amendment. This is more than money, but the principle of the matter. I have never dealt with a company that seems to only care about the money than satisfying a customer. After explaining to Karen about my situation.. all she could say was "sorry for the inconvience"??? and not only that... if they truly wanted to work with me, they would have picked up the phone and called me personally instead of playing email tag til this day. Sucks for me right?
