ocg llc-max garcinia burn i ordered a free trial of garcinia burn for $4.95 and received 4 bottles and called and cancelled the product and then sent it back. st. george Utah
i ordered a free trial of the garcinia burn to try for $4.95. when i finally received the product i got sent 4 bottles with an invoice of $148.96. i freaked out and call the customer service line and cancelled the membership and sent the product back on 9/18/2013 . then on 10/7/13 i checked by bank acct and noticed that they had taken money out of my acct in the amount of $85.95. this was not an authorized withdrawal. i called customer service again and spoke with Rea and was told the product had been received on 9/20/13 and she said my refund was being processed and that it would take up to 30 days for my money to post back to my acct. i have since then called 3 times a nd still no money and low and behold its been over 30 days now. i know its not that hard to file a refund when any other company can refund within 3 to 5 days. i have also filed a report with my financial institution to help resolve this isssue.
