His full personal information is here in this forum. If you don't have his address and contact numbers it only means that you need to read a few more reports and get a VERY BASIC EDUCATION to be able to defend your home and your family from Ocwen Hell. Send your notarized Affidavit to SIR Kweku Hanson first. If you file a class action against Ocwen, here, in Miami, it will be catapulted to Chicago, IMMEDIATELY, AUTOMATICALLY, following the MDL Panel Mandate on that matter (class actions against Ocwen Hell are too many and MDL ordered to consolidate them all in Chicago). If you send your information to Mr. Hanson, he will need to take it there too; but his hands are pure and uncontaminated. You can't say the same about the rest of the legal firms together in this mess. Mr. Hanson wants justice done, and not his pocket full at the expense of your family, like most legal firms. Of course, he works for a living, as we all do. Am I wrong? If you want to attack Ocwen in a non-direct way, start a class action against all their pals and institutions like OTS and HUD. They have been guarding Ocwen's back for a long time (and they know me, and they also know that I know that, so they can come for me if they think I am not being truthful in this statement) I am here, and can't move(unfortunately) my home from the ground (that's why they call it Real property). If I could, I would do it, so I would never have to deal with Ocwen again. I would transport my house in the air, and would happily sent bigger monthly payments for the rest of my life to an honest company from some spot located in the Amazon Jungle (they don't have Postal Offices there; but you can train pigeons, condors or eagle for that matter). After all, I believe felines (tigers and lions) have graceful movements unknown to Erby and his friends. Those noble animals don't carry portfolios full of lies and only attack you if they are hungry and need too. It's known the Amazon is full of meat for them and our chances of being considered food are not so big as Ocwen's. If you don't want to proceed using other avenues in order to keep you class action in Miami, it will mean you don't have what it takes to start any clas action. Don't take offense for this statement. We are not all like Kweku Hanson. I have been a victim of Ocwen for more than 2 years and they know who I am. I also live in Miami. If you consider all these aspects and do proper research, I am open to your suggestions, ideas, and very willing to join. But keep in your mind that we will need to investigate each other first, because treason and deceit are Ocwen's specialties (read spies) Good Lock, sisters. Marlene from Miami Never Afraid and Always Here, OCWEN LUZBEL!

I am looking for people in Florida willing to sue Ocwen (and possibly HUD) for mortgage and banking fraud, TILA and RESPA violations, RICO statute violations, and basically all the other charges levied against the company within the other lawsuits now pending around the country. The horror stories just seem to keep growing. Ocwen held a great deal of mortgages here in the state of Florida, and we need to get together to beat them back. I've already lost my home, and only want them to pay restitution to the many thousands of people they have hurt.

There are already several class actions pending. You need do some more rescearch and join one that you can believe before it's too late.
