(E-mail narrative to Ocwen Federal Bank, Sunday, 7/21/03)Sunday, 9:a.m., July 13, a gentelman who said his name was ES (East Indian Accent) and representing Ocwen Federal Bank called requesting information regarding payment of our account. The payment was to be deducted directly from our checking account on Friday, July 18th at 12:01 a.m. To date no action is shown that this attempt was made. I AM NOW SUSPICIOUS. He requested a copy of our insurance coverage (which I have not faxed) and stated we had no impound account, which we do and had when the account was purchased by Ocwen by New Century Mortgage.

If this individual is Ocwen's representative, please call me on Monday to verify. Also, if this was in fact a legal contact and the process was not able to be completed, you will now not be able to take the payment funds until 7/25. I became suspicious and blocked the payment which will show as NSF (my request).

If I had not believed this individual as your representative, I would have mailed my payment as usual, priority mail, with delivery confirmation receipt. We have set up to begin bi-weekly payments as of August 15th, but I am fearful that the

july payment is in the process of being "ripped off."
