For obvious reason i dont include my name but yes i work with them. Let me start by asking on what kind of a forberance are you? Where you on a foreclouse on hold ot just let the loan 30 days due and trying to catch up? - Remember a forberance is like a payment plan and every 6 months yoy will be ask your financial information to see if you can afford it.
I am sorry but i dont believe that someone told you that you are not allowed to speak to a supervisor but remember on all companies there is a chain in command and the agent must try first to fix the issue.
Also need to understand that by FDCPA law you can receive calls between 8:00am to 9:00pm your time 7 days a week.
If you receive a certified letter or demand from Moss (attorneys) is not telling you that will foreclouse only tell you that it CAN be taken legal action if you dont bring account current and if you read your loan document or (note) states that you agree to make payments on time and if not the "servicer" in this case Ocwen can demand for a payment because you broke your promise to pay or "note".
Of course on weekends the office is closed if you read the back of your invoice you will find the hours.
I understand that you are angry but please understand that Ocwen is going for almost 1 million loans and that the research department handles around 300 claims a day, please be patient.
Tip -- Ocwen dont start foreclouse until account is 91 days without a payment, ..also depend on account situation.
