shaney, We had ocwen ourselves and had the same issues. we would pay them several thousand dollars and told we were current only to find out that they added or put the money we sent elsewhere ..like in suspense and add fees and what not. Its a big joke. They stole 46,000 from us. Dont ever get into a forebearance plan that will just put you even further behind. We finally sold the home because there was no way to get out of debt with them once we had gotten behind. I had gotten ill and we had to close down our business and had substantial loss of income for awhile. So anyone reading this im sure you have read others on ocwen.. get away asap! your problems will only get worse. Once we sold the home ocwen admitted to making errors but i have still not yet settled the matter with them. best of luck to anyone that has to say the word ocwen

Thanks Marlene! Is the OTS enforcing its own rules and regulations? I had a feeling it was too good to be true. I'm so tired of our government not doing its job. They are paid to protect us, yet they do nothing. We do need to find a way to get this action into criminal court. Although, Ocwen appears to be able to buy their way out of everything, especially under our current administration that is so pro-business and seems to have nothing but contempt for the middle class and the poor of this nation.

The so called "OTS-Ocwen Supervisory Agreement" is just a fiasco. It obeys OTS private policy to defend Ocwen's interests. These lasts are to look good in the eyes of the public. Mr. Denby is a decent man with an easy going personality and gentle matters. His job is to make the borrowers feel OTS cares about them. But it is not true. He will take your complaint, listen to your reasons, receive your proof, but his job description prevents him for giving you real help. He is just there TO PUT UP THE PRETENSE! And what's their pretense? That OTS cares about the borrowers welfare and stands up for his rights. That OTS will see that Ocwen does not abuse you and behaves in a lawful and ethical way. LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES. OTS does not care. Ocwen uses OTS to perpetrate its crimes. Wake up brothers and sisters! This is not the land you believe it is. This is the land of the corrupted ...no rights....the govern does not serve WE, THE PEOPLE.... It is darn hard and very cruel, but we are on our own.But God is on our side. Besides, we have an advantage over them: Ocwen has a lot more to loose than us, its victims. WHAT AN ADORABLE REALITY! If you want to sue the company, FILE IN CRIMINAL COURT. Don't file any civil claim against Ocwen. It would be catapulted to Chicago, where the bankster, the legal firms, and .....$%#%^$! have lunch together at a table and even make jokes about us. Yes, criminal court for you, Ocwen. I had not file yet cuz I am looking for a harder court....really? That phrase "CRIMINAL COURT" has such a mild sound. I am ready to proceed against you when I find it. Do not dispair, fellos. Facts of life are facts of life are facts of life are facts of life. No choice but to fight but to fight but to fight ...UNTIL YOUR END OR OURS...BEFORE GOD, OCWEN... Spitting on your face all my despise for your abominable existence devoted to eat the lives of our American families. Marlene from Miami, Your eternal enemy, here in the home you want to take away from me. I don't hide, COWARDS! I am here, you know where.

The OTS has finally acknowledged that Ocwen is a crimminal enterprise and has offered to help. I spoke with Richard the other day. He knows all about their scam. Good Luck!
