Ocwen has been a nightmare, Thank God I woke up. I have just refinanced my house and finally got away from them. They tried to forclose on me 3 times in the past 8 years always scaring me into giving them more money, but I woke up when I found your sight, "rip-off". Something is really wrong, I brought my house in 1986 for 39000.00 and the pay off was a little over 40,000.00 when we refinanced with the new company this month. Rip-off is just what they did to me, with all their late fee's and attorney fee's.

My advice to anyone having the same problem is get out, do not wait as long as I did. If I never get mine at least I hope they get theirs, at times they had us paying over a 1000.00

dollars a month for a whole year. They even tried to forclose on me one time when I had funds in suspense. If anyone out there is having this same nightmare, it is time to wake up.

Many victims have tried what you did.

You are very lucky if you were able to refinance away from Ocwen Hell. Many victims have tried to get out. ALL WANT OUT. We, as victims, don't stay in harms arms (Ocwen) by free will. Ocwen usually prevents our way out. They never send (if they send it) the correct pay off and if they send the wrong one (as they usually do), it does not get its destination on time to prevent further victimization. Ocwen destroys borrower's credits, because they don't want them out. They want our money and our houses, and our lives: FORECLOSURE. I've explored the possibilities of refinancing myself out and Ocwen's signals are stopping me from doing it. Their illegal and unethical behavior when borrowers try to escape is fully documented. It seems it never occurred to you before. It might be they realized they could not get more money out of you, and/or the equity of your house, for some reason, did not call their attention. Or it might be that Ocwen is willing to let you go, also, not to compensate you for all those years of robbery you had to endure due to them. Ocwen will fall this coming year 2004 (God willing), and will have to pay for its RICO crimes big time. You should not be afraid to declare, at least, you first name. You are finally a free person. OCWEN HAS YOUR FULL NAME AND YOU SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! Be careful with them. Marlene from Miami (they know me and I don't allow them to forget how much I hate them)
