I am a victim of Litton Loan and realize that there is more attention to this site for Ocwen victims than for Litton, that is why I am posting here, to be heard.

Everyone who has been hurt by Ocwen Federal or Litton Loan email your complaint to OCC, (www.occ.treas.gov/) and cc that complaint to Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General from New York, (www.oag.state.ny.us/) or 1-800-771-7755.

This is important and it does not matter what state you are from, Eliot Spitzer will listen.

Hi Litton Victims this is important please review your mortgage contract. At the time of signing who was that bank? Do you have an original of the document?

If your contract was straight forward and your account was sent to Litton Loan directly you may have some recourse. Has anyone notified that bank that you are dissatisfied with the servicing by Litton Loan.

Litton Loan does not hold your contract, they only service it and their main responsibility is to collect the payments, with no questions as to how much you make/income, etc. just incase they are offering you a forbearance agreement.

Litton Loan is are simply a collection/service agency with no contract between them and you or signed by you.

Everyone, go to your county court house and check the filings, do they have the contract. If not where is it, who is holding it?

These are the things you need to check out now.

Another point if the original mortgagor/bank has had problems, like receivership or violations with your state banking commission or the FDIC contact them and the Attorney General of your state, also contact the Attorney General of New York, Eliot Spitzer he is very interested in these issues.

Start reacting victims, know your rights and your personal business, protect your biggest asset and your family, and pray to our Lord for strength.

PS this is for everyone who has a servicer, whether it is Litton Loan, Ocwen, Fairbanks or others. God Bless you all!

Despite want they may want you to beleive the opposite is true.... The Ocwens, Littons and other subprime lenders of this ilk are systematically destroying this great country and making money hand over fist by cheating and stealing from even the most defen
seless, the old, the poor and the uneducated. They and all of their empoyees are totally aware of what they are doing to so many innocent people, and for what..... Money. They are stuffing their greasy pockets with everyone elses money because our judges so far have let them do so.
