Ocwen stole a $2100 dollar incurance check from me. It was supposed to go towards my home repairs, and they stated my account was not up to date. Now after they have cashed the check.
Jessica potter states thats since I did not authorise the check for my mortage payment that it will not be applied to it, and that I am now in forcloser. where did the money go????????? and what can I do
