I got behind on my mortgage as some people do. I had 13000.00 to bring my mortgage up to date. They told me 1 day before the sheriff's sale that I had a 50/50 chance of keeping my home but if I wanted to do a wire transfer, I could. There was no guarantee of the 13000.00 stopping the foreclosure. I have dealt with Ocwen for years now and I know how they operate. Now that my home is foreclosed on, I have to talk to the REO department. I have tried calling them at least 100 times and there is no option to leave a voice mail as the mailbox is full. How can I talk to the REO department when it is impossible????? I have tried calling several of the other numbers but the CSR say they will transfer me to that dept - then I am abruptly disconnected. They have put astronomical charges on top of what I am late on to the point that I cannot bring current anything now. I lost my home where my 3 children have been since birth. Is there anything I can do to stop this madness. They currently have over 200 homes they have foreclosed on in Pennsylvania that currently is listed on their website. I am sure there are more. They will not get a dime from me after I am evicted. I will go to my grave not giving them one cent. What can we do ????? Is there any class action lawsuits I can jump on the band wagon ?????
