My wife and I have been victims of Ocwen for 4-5 years. The stories are all the same we are all in the same boat without oars. Who will step up to the plate and nail these thugs???

I would really like too and so I have hired a lawyer ""class action" style. If anyone would like to join me please feel free to contact me through this report. my name is Charlie we are going to start the proceedings in the middle of March. Please have all documents ready fro my lawyer can only assist us who have serious documentation and records of their "ocwen's" wrong doings.

Such as their not paying taxes on time and charging late fees to me.

purposly having my payments posted late so they could report me to the credit buearu.

taking me to court 3 times for the same issue losing then charging me for lawyer fees.

Constant harrassing phone calls without answers.

The list goes on and on, so if you all are tired of the big Co. geting over on us please get in touch

thank you Charlie L.

I just happened to come across this site and I'm very glad I did. I'm just starting to have the problem with Ocwen and after reading a few comments I'm really concern. I will explain my situation; In Decemeber I had a severe motor vehicle accident and until this day I'm not able to work, nor have I started to receive disability payments. I'm single mother w/ 2 children and not able to work. Well anyway, long story short, I decided to use my last bit of savings to mail off a payment for Dec. 2001, Jan. 2002 and now I'm getting ready today to send off Feb. 2002 and Mar. 2002. But the distrubing news is that they still haven't cashed the other checks yet. Before I sent the payment offs, I received a phone call everyday including Sunday. Now, I haven't received a call, but I received mail from different lawyers that are going to help me from foreclosure and also Ocwen sent me a form to fill out for assistance. (Financial form) I haven't fill out because I fill that I have met my obligations with them and now I'm current. I believe on Monday when I tried to contact them they will tell me that it was to late and they have begun foreclosure. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Since reading the others articles I believe that I will be on the band wagon to sue them if they don't accept my payment.

I am interested in joining you on your civil suit. I too am a victim of Ocwen. I am in the process of losing my home and dont have much time. I have used my last forberence agreement and I can not get any corporation out of Ocwen. They will not send me any paperwork to show all of the charges they say I owe and no one will return my calls. I desperately need help. Can you give me any suggestions on what to do? Unfortunutly I do not have all of my payments records over the last copule of years but I do have the most recently ones that started all the problems. Do you think we would be able to work together and stop this nightmare for all of us? Please feel free to contact me. Thank you!! Sue South Bend, IN

I have been harrassed daily for 9 months and have documentation of the rebuttal response to my complaint. Its the most illiterate thing Ive ever read and was from a Rep. of Ocwen. I have only spoken to a live operator 3 times and have gotten several different answers to the same questions. They are evasive, unaccountable and rude. They continually harrass me by phone on a daily basis. I am only behind as of Feb 1, and had actually caught up 2 payments within the prior two weeks. I dont excuse being late, but after owning a home for over 15 years, I would think Ocwen would realize I have no intention of losing the house (valued at 3 x's what I owe) and although have been late or delinquent, the mortgage has always been the first priority. I have no problem answering to a live operator once a week, but dont have that option because the daily calls are computerized! How can I help?

Hi, in your report you mentioned any one wanting to get involved in a class action, to post. I am doing just that. I want to get involved. I have been a victim too. This site has helped me to get back deliquent taxes that OCWEN paid. Ocwen paid my taxes late, incurred penalities etc. I confronted my tax office to find it to be true, they paid late and incurred these penalities. By presenting this to Ocwen just last month, I was able to get those monies back. Now, not with interest. Had I not had this forum, I don't think I would have questioned it. Reason is, I don't escrow any more for anything. I had just paid the shortage, to get out. ($667.00) Now, I know that $271.00 of that was the deliquent taxes, etc. In effect, Ocwen had that money and receiving interest. I didn't get my money back with interest! I have had other issues with them, rudeness, etc. Let's do stand together, as I know first hand, this Forum DOES work!!
