Ocwen Loan Servicing took my home and reported on my credit report that i was behind 39,000 on my payments no way possiable Orlando Florida
I got behind on my payments when off work for surgery and they tack on so many charges and said they would work with me and said i had to pay them 900.00 a month for 6 months and i did that to find out they mad me to that for 2 years to try and make up all the fees.
they had me at a 12% intrest rate and I couldn't get caught up so my husband and i desided to file bankrupcy. we had no other choice.
The more money i sent them the more they wanted. We paid 76,000 for our home they lost the origanal loan documents. Now that we filed bankrupcy our credit report shows that we were behind 39,000 dollars.a loan officer said no way and that we need to get an attorney to get that fixed.
We had a 30 year loan and we only lived in the house for 7 years no way could we be BEHIND 39,000.00.I have all my paper work and payment stubs from western union to prove what i paid.

They have us behind, also. And, I make all my payments by Money-gram, have all my receipts and have faxed them everything. It doesn't matter-thay always have excuses as to why we are behind. That's why we can't refi out from under them, it sux.
