Ocwen Loan Servicing fraudulent credit bureaus reporting, rob you blind ripoff Orlando Florida
We have been a customer of Owen for 4 years. From the begining this company is out to rip you off. They charge fees for everything starting at 15days deliquent. Just about every month we were charged for legal/collection fees, property inspection fees and property valuation exspenses. Only 1 time in 48 months were we every 60 days late and that was due to unemployment. But, none the less the fees and charges continued to accumulate until they said we owed $3,000 -$5,000 in fees, we either had to refinace or Ocwen threatened to forclose. So, we paid them $1900 in cost and was placed on a forbearance plan for 18 months.
Guess what? 18 months is here so I called just to verify that our mortage payment was going to return to our intial payments.
Not only has the forbearance payment been extended until July of 2007, when I looked at our credit report it shows that we have been 60 days behind for the last 2 years and we are behind $11,000. Oh my God. When does the madness end.
We can't even get refinanced through anyone else because of their reporting.
Please pass the vasoline.
