Ocwen Loan Servicing Please Read Once a scammer always a scammer!! This has happened before ripoff Orlando Florida
I got promoted to a supervisor position, and doing that they withheld my first pacheck for about a month. So i got a little over a month behind in pmts,So i phoned them after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes., I explained what had happened and to see if i could make up the payment in 2 months or 3 the most,and they stated "That they could not take a partial pament and they needed it in full,and wouldn't accept less!!"
So i hung up and for about 3 months or so got further and further behind but I was saving money that would have went to them if they would have taken my pmts. So as i was getting further and further behind, I called Ocwen to see if there was anything i could doand they said i could fill out a financial statement to see if i qualified for a payment option i faxed it back to them and heard Nothing! Zilch!.
Then i receive a Foreclosure notice and notice of Trustee's sale in the mail. And have called numerous times and filed a phone financial statement and never get any answer to if it was approved or not. Now i called them again and they will accept 7000.00 of the 9000. owing and ad the rest to an escrow account.
READ THIS PLEASE The mortgage company that sold or gave the loan i have now with Ocwen was in this same type of lawsuit I think it is the same company just another name. The other lender was Fairbanks Capital must be some type of affiliation they screwed me out of about 8000.00 that time
