Ocwen Loan Servicing ripoff, payments not posted to account, ever changing payment amounts, sent to foreclosure even when payments were made; conflicting information from everyone you speak to West Palm Beach Florida
Ocwen claims I have missed payments over a 2 year period, however I was being deducted from my account biweekly for the payments, when I asked for a payment history the dates were incorrect for the payments made. They placed me on a forbearance plan that I could not afford, then agreed to lower the payments only to my knowledge 3 months later they did not note that anywhere and therefore I was removed from the plan. even though I had made payments and exceeding the amounts due by more that $500. Some payments were not even posted to my account they placed them in a Suspense account and some were applied to other fees, not to my actual payments. Therefore in their world I am not behind on my payments even though I have made them. I called for two weeks in a row to make a payment by phone and no one would accept my payments, when I finally talked with someone that spoke English she explained that I needed to sign new forbearance papers. This person and one other there, worked in the United States and apologized for all the problems that I was having but explained to me that Ocwen was not treating it's customers correctly. Now I have been sent to foreclosure even though I am making the payments and I will also have legal fees attached to my account because of their inaccuracy. The nightmare is much more in depth than I can type here, I would never deal with the company again. I did not choose them to start with , Delta Funding sold my loan to this company and that is when the nightmares began and they have continued for 2 1/2 years! Someone needs to stop these people from treating customers in this way. The company needs to be shut down and all records need to be reviewed, I am sure that there are many people out there that have been treated equally as bad as I have and they don't know what to do for help, just as I don't know where to turn to. Please someone stop them!

Your story is like so many Ocwen victims, first share this same story on Yahoo OCN message board and read the 2 newspaper articles posted online this weekend about Ocwen. Two investigative reporters have confirmed that the software and account reconciliation process Ocwen uses do in fact not work. Further they have filed suit against a consultant who performed a review of this software and process and testified to the same errors you have described. Then contact Jim Freer and the Voice of the People so you can be part of the next stories comming out against this company.
